    6 large quince (cooked, cored and quartered)
    3-1/2 cups water
    2-1/2 cups sugar
    2 sticks cinnamon
    1/2 cup lemon juice

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and simmer until tender and apples turn amber color.

    May be used on toast, cake slices, ice cream topping. May be jarred and used as any preserve later on.
