    Chinese Chicken Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 3/5 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 tsp dry mustard
    • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Spray shallow baking dish with cooking spray; arrange chicken breasts in single layer in dish. Combine soy sauce, mustard, ginger, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl; mix until blended. Pour sauce over chicken; cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake 15 minutes; remove chicken and brush generously with marinade in pan. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
