    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. half and half
    • 2 @ 3 oz ea. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 T. mayonaise
    • 2 t. horseradish
    • 1/2 t. lemon juice
    • 1/2 t. worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 t. minced fresh parsley (1/4 t. dried parsley)
    • 1/2 t. garlic salt
    • 1/2 t. onion salt
    • 1/4 t. pepper
    • 8 to 10 drops hot pepper sauce
    • 2 cans (6 oz ea) crab meat, drained and cartilage removed
    • Assorted crackers


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, combine the first 12 ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth. Add the crab and heat through. Serve with crackers.
