    List of Ingredients


    • 5 c. broccoli florets
    • 5 c. cauliflowerets
    • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2/3 c. chopped onion
    • 1/2 c. raisins
    • 1 c. mayonaise
    • 1/2 c. sugar
    • 2 T. cider or red wine vinegar
    • 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds


    Instructions


    1. In a large salad bowl, toss broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion and raisins.
    2. In a small bowl, combine mayonaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with the bacon and sunflower seeds.


    Final Comments


    Yield: 12-16 servings.
