    Mock Sunshine Cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
    • 3 tbsp cold water
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla
    • 1 tsp baking powder


    Instructions


    1. Seperate eggs; beat yolkes unitl thick, add sugar and beat together for at least 2 minutes.
    2. Add water and mix well.
    3. Sift flour and add to yolk mixture, with corn starch, salt and vanilla.
    4. While beating egg whites, sprinkle with baking powder.
    5. Combine both egg mixtures; pour into 8" cake pan.
    6. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
