    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. cubed beef
    • 1 cup sliced carrots
    • 3 cups cubed potatoes
    • 1 cup diced celery
    • 2 onions, chopped
    • 1 can tomato soup
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Put beef, carrots, potatoes, celery & onion into a large casserole dish with a lid.
    2. Combine soups, water & salt. Stir into casserole. Cover tightly with lid.
    3. Bake 4 hours at 300°F. DO NOT open lid until ready at 4 hours.
