    This is a quick dessert great at Thansgiving or anytime you need something quick to share.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese,softened
    • 1 c. canned pumpkin
    • 1/2 tsp.pumpkin pie spice
    • 1- 8 oz tub of Cool whip(thawed)
    • 2- prepared graham cracker pie crusts
    • 1/2 c. sugar


    Instructions


    1. Beat cream cheese,pumpkin,sugar,pumpkin pie spice in bowl till smooth.
    2. Gently stir in thawed tub of cool whip.
    3. Spoon into pie crust.
    4. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
    5. Makes 8 servings.


    Final Comments


    This recipe makes two pies !!! Yummy!!
