    Hot Appetizer Pie

    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

    2 tbls. milk

    One 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef chopped fine (I do in the food processor)

    2 tbls. finely chopped green pepper

    2 tbls. finely chopped onion

    1/2 tsp. pepper

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/2 cup chopped walnuts



    Soften cream cheese and blend with milk. Mix other ingredients with this except nuts. Pat into 8" pyrex pie plate. Spread the chopped walnuts over top. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or sturdy potato chips..
