    Spinach Dip

    SPINACH DIP ~

    1 -(10 OZ.) Pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 cup mayonaise
    1 cup sour cream
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped

    Thaw spinach; place on paper towel and press until slightly moist. Combine spinach, mayonaise, sour cream and vegetable soup mix, then add water chestnuts; mix well. Cover and chill mixture several hours. Serve with assorted raw vegetables, and small crackers. It`s also good served as a salad dressing.
