    Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes


    These are really pretty for a holiday buffet table and delicious!

    Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    2 (2-1/4 oz.) cans Deviled Ham
    2 tbs. horseradish
    2 tbs. sour cream
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    Thinly slice tops from tomatoes;

    Remove pulp;

    Drain shells upside down on paper towls. Mix ingredients. Fill tomatoes and Refrigerate. Garnish with parsley. Makes 20 appetizers.

    Note: Can also make chicken and ham salad and stuff the tomatoes.
