    Sugar Pecans

    This should work with whatever is your favorite nut.

    Sugar Pecans



    1 lb. pecans halves
    1 egg white
    1 tblsp. water
    Whip above ingredients until frothy, but not stiff, and coat nuts well.

    1 cup of sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    Coat nuts with the above ingredients until coated well. Bake at 300 degrees on a cookie sheet or deep pan for 45 minutes. Stirring every 15 mintues.
