Teriyaki Meatballs
2 eggs
2 Lb. ground beef
1/2 C. cornflake crumbs
1/2 C. milk
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tsp. salt
1/4 Tsp. pepper
1 1/2 C. teriyaki sauce
Beat eggs and mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients,
except sauce. Shape in balls about 1 1/2-inches in diameter
and arrange in a layer in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over
balls and bake in slow oven at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes,
turning and basting every 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen
appetizers.
