    Tuna Pate

    TUNA PATE


    1 sm. onion, chopped
    dash dried dill weed
    dash dried tarragon
    2 cans tuna, drained (chunk works best)
    2 hard boiled eggs
    dash Tabasco
    1 8-oz. pkg. softened cream cheese

    Stir and chop in food processor for 30 seconds; then process for one minute. Fill a saran paper lined small bowl & refrigerate till chilled or overnight. Turn out onto serving dish & serve with crackers.
