Marshmallow Rolls
These take a little while to make, but are very good. The center is hollow when they are done because, the marshmallow melts. But the yeasty cinnamon flavor is hard to beat!!!

Dough like you would make cinnamon rolls from
marshmallows
cinnamon and sugar mixture
melted butterRecipe
Roll your regular dough a strong 1/4" thick. Cut into squares that are 3 1/2" each. Roll marshmallow in melted butter and then into cinnamon/sugar mixture.Put one into center of each square. Bring up sides and pinch shut. Dip top of roll into melted butter then into cinnamon/sugar mixture. Put each into a greased muffin tin. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes.
