Funny Cake
This is an old 4-H recipe from my youth. We love this cake and I seldom frost it. It is moist and very rich -- best chocolate cake you'll ever make!!!!!
3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1/2 C. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 C. oil
2 C. cold water
Mix all the dry ingrediants. Add vinegar, vanilla and oil.
As you
start to mix that, slowly add the cold water. Mix well.
Bake in 9x13
pan at 350 degrees for 35 min. (it says ungreased pan but
I always
spray mine with Pam)
1/2 recipe goes into an 8x8 pan
