Marshmallow Rolls
These take a little time -- but they are very good.
Make dough as you would for cinnamon rolls.
Roll regular dough a strong 1/4" thick. Cut into 3 1/2" squares. Roll a large marshmallow in melted butter and then in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Put one in center of each square and bring up the sides and pinch shut. Dip top of roll into melted butter and then into cinnamon/sugar mixture. Put into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes.
