    I LOVE greek salads. Light and refreshing!

    List of Ingredients




    Greek Salad


    2 POINTS
    per serving

    Ingredients:

    6 leaves Romaine lettuce, torn into 1-1/2-inch pieces
    1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/2 cup sliced red onion
    1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled (about 1/3 cup)
    2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    1/2 teaspoon salt


    Recipe



    Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion and cheese in large serving bowl.

    Whisk together oil, lemon juice, oregano and salt in small bowl. Pour over lettuce mixture; toss until coated. Serve immediately.


    Yield: 6 servings 2 POINTS per serving Make it core by using FF Feta Cheese! Black Olives are also a great addition (add pts if doing flex!)
