    2 plain naan breads
    6 ounces cheese (grated)
    1 tin chopped tomatoes
    3 tablespoons tomato puree
    2 ounces of ham (chopped)
    salt
    pepper


    Recipe



    put naan breads on a baking tray
    mix the chopped tomatoes and the puree and spread over the naans
    sprinkle with the cheese,then top with the ham and season.
    place in a hot oven gas mark 8 for about 10 mins till cheese bubbles .................................
