potato nests
List of Ingredients
6 potatoes
a knob of butter
2 ounces of cheese
1 egg
salt
pepper
paprika
Recipe
peel the pototoes,then boil till tender,
place in a bowl with the butter and mash thoroughly,
beat the egg and add to the mixture,add the cheese and seasoning and combine thoroughly
place spoonfulls of the mixture onto a baking tray,and fluff up the tops with a fork to resemble a birds nest, place in a preheated oven (gas mark 7)and bake for approximatley 30 mins till golden brown
can be eaten alone or as part of a main meal
