    This is a really easy recipe anyone can do!

    List of Ingredients




    Base:
    1-1/2 cups flour
    1/2 cup of butter
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    Mix and press into a 9x13 pan.Bake for 15 minutes @350

    Topping:
    1/2 cup butter
    2 tablespoons cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs 2 tablespoons flour
    Optional:1/2 cup walnuts

    Recipe



    melt butter.add to remaining ingredients and pour over the base already prepared or pour into tart shells.
    Bake @ 350 for 20-30 minutes for the squares and the tarts @ 350 for 10 -15 minutes or till nicely browned on edges.
