List of Ingredients
Dough:
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
That mixes and rises for a few hours, then I throw it onto my PC stone and bake it at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Toppings:
Pizza sauce (I use Wal-Mart's brand, and it's very tasty)
Jimmy Dean's Italian sausage, browned and drained
1 small can of chopped mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Tofutti cheese
Recipe
Throw all ingredients onto the baked crust and bake at same temp for another 10-15 minutes, or until everything bubbles!
