    Artichoke Dip II

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese softened
    • 2 jars (totaling 12-14 ozs) marinated artichoke hearts (tough parts
    • 1/2 cup mayonaise
    • 1/2c grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp dried basil
    • 2 tbs chopped red onion
    • 1 clove garlic - chopped


    Instructions


    1. Drain and chop artichoke hearts first. Then mix together all of the ingredients at once.

    2. Spread in a 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. You can top with 1/2 cup chopped tomato after baking. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
