    Artichoke Crab Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (10 oz)
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 can (7 oz) crabmeat, drained or 8 oz imitation crabmeat, chopped
    • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
    • chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat, artichokes and pepper sauce. Spoon into shallow 4 cup baking dish (9" tart pan or 9" pie plate works well).
    3. Bake until bubbly, 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve warm with crackers.

    Makes 4 cups.
