    Beef 'n' Cheddar Biscuits


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
    • 4 t bottled barbecue sauce
    • 2 tubes (4 1/2 oz each) refrigerated biscuits
    • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Combine ground beef and barbecue sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
    2. Place one biscuit in each of 12 greased muffin cups; press firmly into the bottom and up the sides. Spoon 1-2 T of beef mixture into each cup; sprinkle with cheese.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
