    Chili Con Queso Dip


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 1 to 2 tsp chili powder, optional
    • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
    • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
    • 1 lb process cheese, cubed
    • Tortilla or corn chips


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except chips. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheese melts.
    2. Transfer to fondue pot or chafing dish. Serve warm with chips.
