    • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
    • 1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumbers
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed


    Instructions


    1. Spread cream cheese on plate.
    2. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over cream cheese. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted pita bread wedges.
