    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
    • 1 can (11 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 T chopped pimientos
    • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped pimientos and hot pepper sauce. Spoon into an ovenproof baking dish.
    3. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers or French bread slices, if desired.
