    Mediterranean Six-Layer Dip

    Recipe Introduction


    A colorful layered dip made with cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, spinach and ripe tomatoes. Served with crisp tortilla chips.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 1/4 cups (6 oz) feta cheese with basil & tomato, crumbled, divided
    • 2 T milk
    • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
    • 1 cup chopped tomato
    • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
    • 2 T sliced pitted ripe olives


    Instructions


    1. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of feta cheese and milk with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread onto bottom of 9" pie plate.
    2. Top with all remaining ingredients; cover. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
