    Melted Cheese Dip


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cup four cheese mexican blend shredded cheese
    • 3 T flour
    • 1 cup non-alcoholic beer
    • 1 (4 oz) can Ortega diced green chiles
    • 1 T chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Combine cheese and flour in large bowl.
    2. Bring beer to boil in medium, heavy duty saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining cheese; stir until thickened. Do not boil.
    3. Stir in chiles, cilantro, salt and pepper. Pour immediately into 8" baking dish.
    4. Sprinkle with jalapenos and drizzle with taco sauce if desired.
    5. Serve immediately or keep warm in oven. Serve with tortilla chips.
