    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated French bread dough or (10 ounces) pizza dough
    • 2/3 cup Lindsay Olivada, any flavor
    • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Place bread dough on a work surface; unroll into a 14 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread Olivada evenly over dough; top with cheese. Starting at long side, roll up dough jellyroll fashion. Cut crosswise into 12 pieces; place cut sides down on a greased cookie sheet.
    3. Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until bread is puffed and golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
