    Spicy Black Bean Dip not only tastes sensational, but it is also nutritious. Guests will appreciate this low calorie, no fat, no cholesterol dip.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1/4 tsp oregano, dried
    • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
    • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
    • 1 cup chopped tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Drain beans, reserving 2 T liquid. Rinse and drain beans. Combine beans, reserved liquid, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic salt, and red pepper in food processor. Cover and process until beans are coarsely chopped.
    2. Transfer mixture to a small saucepan; cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
