    Spinach and Feta Mini-Calzones

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 pkg. (17.3 oz.) Pepperidge Farm® Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)
    • 1 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (plain or flavored)
    • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. THAW pastry sheet at room temperature for 30 min. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. HEAT oil in skillet. Add onion and cook until tender. Add spinach and cook 3 min. Stir in feta cheese, salt and pepper. Cool to room temperature.
    3. UNFOLD pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll to 12" square. Cut pastry into 4 strips and cut each strip into 4 squares. Spoon 1 rounded tbsp. spinach mixture in center of each square. Brush edges with water and fold over to form a triangle, pressing edges to seal. Place triangles on baking sheet.
    4. BAKE about 15 min. or until golden.
