    This little-known classic cocktail is a leaner, crisper spin on the Negroni.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 tablespoons vodka
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons dry vermouth
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Campari


    Instructions


    1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, vermouth, and Campari; shake well. Strain into a Martini glass.
