With just three ingredients of sweet blueberries, tangy lemon yogurt and soymilk, you're five minutes away from a tasty treat!
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic blueberries (from 10-oz bag)
- 1/2 cup 8th Continent® vanilla soymilk or fat-free (skim) milk
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free lemon burst or French vanilla yogurt
- Honey, if desired
Instructions
- In blender, place blueberries, soymilk and yogurt. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
