    With just three ingredients of sweet blueberries, tangy lemon yogurt and soymilk, you're five minutes away from a tasty treat!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic blueberries (from 10-oz bag)
    • 1/2 cup 8th Continent® vanilla soymilk or fat-free (skim) milk
    • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free lemon burst or French vanilla yogurt
    • Honey, if desired


    Instructions


    1. In blender, place blueberries, soymilk and yogurt. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey.
    2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.


    Final Comments


    Makes:2 servings (1 cup each)
