- 1 cup ground coffee with chicory
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups 1/2 & 1/2 or milk
Instructions
- Using coffee with chicory and water; prepare coffee according to coffeemaker directions.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucpean heat the 1/2 & 1/2 or milk over low heat. Beat with rotary beater until foamy.
- Transfer cream to a warmed serving container. Stir coffee; pour coffee and 1/2 & 1/2 in equal amounts into serving cups.
Final Comments
Makes 12 (4-oz) servings.
