    Chocolate Mint Coffee Mix


    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup nondairy powdered creamer
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup instant coffee
    • 1/4 cup cocoa
    • 6 peppermint candies, crushed


    Instructions


    1. In blender, process all ingredients until candies are pulverized.
    2. Store in airtight container.


    Final Comments


    To prepare coffee:
    1 1/2 T mix
    6 oz boiling water
    whipped cream
    candy cane for garnish
    Pour boiling water over mix in cup. Garnish with whipped cream and stir with candy cane.
