    Recipe Introduction


    This refreshing drink starts out with a simple syrup. You can store the syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to two weeks.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
    • 1 cup fresh lime juice
    • 1 cup fresh orange juice
    • Fresh Mint Sugar Syrup*
    • 1 (25 oz) bottle lemon-flavored sparkling water, chilled (about 3 cups)


    Instructions


    1. Combine first four ingredients in a large pitcher, stirring well. Stir in sparkling water just before serving. Serve over ice.


    Final Comments


    Makes 8 cups

    *Fresh Mint Sugar Syrup:
    2 cups sugar, 1 cup water, 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
    Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; cool.
    Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a pticher, discarding mint.
