• 1 1/2 cups powdered non-dairy creamer
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1/2 cup instant coffee
  
• 1/2 cup instant cocoa
  
• 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  
• 1/8 tsp salt
  






Instructions



1. In a small mixing bowl combine non-dairy creamer, sugar, coffee, cocoa, peppermint extract and salt. Store in a tightly covered container.
   
2. To make, mix 2 T powder into each cup of hot water.
