Orange Cafe Au Lait Mix




List of Ingredients



• 1/4 cup instant coffee
  
• 1/2 cup powdered nondairy creamer
  
• 1 tsp dried orange peel
  
• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  






Instructions



1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed 30 seconds, stopping blender after 15 seconds to stir, process 5 to 10 seconds, until well mixed.
   
2. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 6 months.
   






Final Comments


For each serving:
Place 2 tsp mix in cup.
Fill with 2/3 cup boiling water.
