• 2/3 cup water
  
• 1/4 cup sugar
  
• 1 1/2 squares baking chocolate
  
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  
• 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  
• 3 cups milk
  
• 1 cup mini-marshmallows
  






Instructions



1. Combine water, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat until chocolate melts. Gradually stir in milk and heat thoroughly. Do not boil.
   
2. Remove from heat and, with an electric mixer at medium speed, beat mixture until frothy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with marshmallows.
