    Buttermilk Cheese Loaf

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
    • 1 cup buttermilk
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 2 eggs


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients & cheese. Set aside.
    2. Beat buttermilk, oil & eggs with rotary beater until well blended.
    3. Add all at once to flour mixture & mix just until moist.
    4. Pour into a greased 9x5x3 inch pan & bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minuts or until toothpick inserted
      in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert on rack & cool.
