    List of Ingredients

    • DOUGH CYCLE:
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 4 T melted butter
    • 7 T water
    • 1/2 box instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz box)
    • 4 cups bread flour
    • 1 T sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 1/2 tsps yeast
    • FILLING:
    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 tsps cinnamon
    • FROSTING:
    • 1 T milk
    • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    • 4 T butter, softened
    • 1 tsp almond extract
    • --more milk if needed for consistency

    Instructions

    1. Prepare the dough on the DOUGH cycle in the machine. At the end of the cycle, remove from the machine and let rest for 10 minutes.
    2. Roll dough to 17 x 10-inches.
    3. Combine first three filling ingredients and mix well. Heat in microwave 10 seconds to make it spreadable. Spread over rolled out dough with rubber spatula. Get as close to the edges as possible.
    4. Starting with widest end, roll the dough into a tight log. With a very sharp knife, cut into 12 1" slices. Place in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish with sides. Put in warm draft free place. (Turn your oven to warm for 5 minutes, TURN IT OFF, then put the rolls in) and allow them to raise until double. They should be nice and big. Take them out and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes. When the rolls are done, top with the frosting of your choice.
