    Honey Cream Filled Crescents

    Honey is mixed into the luscious cream cheese filling and then drizzled on top.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 oz (1/2 of 8-oz pkg) cream cheese, softened
    • 3 T honey, divided
    • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
    • 1 pkg (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    • dash of ground cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cream cheese and 2 T of the honey. Stir in almonds.
    2. Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 8 trianges. Spread 1 rounded T cream cheese mixture onto each triangle; roll up each loosely, starting at shortest side of traingle, rolling to opposite point. Place rolls on ungreased baking sheet; curve each into crescent shape. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    3. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve rolls warm, drizzled with remaining honey.

    Makes 8 servings, 1 crescent each
