    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • 1 1/4 cups sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 small lemon, grated
    • 3 T lemon juice
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
    • Glaze:
    • 2 T lemon juice
    • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and lightly flour 4 mini loaf pans and set aside.
    2. Beat together first 6 ingredients. Combine and stir in the dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Divide batter between loaf pans and bake for 45-50 minutes.
    3. Allow to cool in pans on a rack. When cool, drizzle top with lemon glaze.
    4. LEMON GLAZE: Stir ingredients together until well blended.
