    • 1-POUND LOAF :
    • 3/4 cup Water (70 to 80oF)
    • 1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
    • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
    • 1-1/3 cups Bread flour
    • 2/3 cup Whole wheat flour
    • 4 teaspoons Nonfat dry milk
    • 4 teaspoons Sugar
    • 1 teaspoon FLEISCHMANN'S Bread Machine Yeast
    • 1 1/2-POUND LOAF:
    • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Water (70 to 80oF)
    • 1-1/2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 2 cups Bread flour
    • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
    • 2 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk
    • 2 tablespoons Sugar
    • 1-1/2 teaspoons FLEISCHMANN'S Bread Machine Yeast


    Instructions


    1. Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
    2. Select basic/white bread cycle; use medium/normal crust color setting.
    3. When cycle is complete, remove bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
