    List of Ingredients


    • 4 c oats
    • 1 chopped walnuts or slivered almonds
    • ¼ c brown sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 1/3 c vegetable oil
    • 1/3 c honey
    • 1/3 c water
    • 1 (6 oz) package dried sweetened cranberries or other dried fruit


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 300 degrees.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the oil, honey and water. Toss until well combined.
    3. Spread the mixture evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring every 10 minutes to keep the mixture from sticking. Let it cook, then stir in the fruit. Store in an airtight container.
