    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
    • 1/3 cup butter, melted
    • 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, pecans and melted butter. Reserve 1/3 cup crumb mixture; press remaining mixture firmly on bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
    2. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs; beat until just combined. Stir in lemon juice. Carefully spoon mixture onto crust in pan. Spoon reserved crumb mixture to make diagonal strips on top of cheese mixture or sprinkle to cover.
    3. Bake about 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack 1 hour. Cut into bars to serve. Store covered in refrigerator.
