    List of Ingredients

    • 1 20-ounce roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
    • 1 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate pieces (2 cups)
    • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 10-ounce package peanut butter-flavor pieces
    • 1-1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
    • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
    • 1/4 cup peanut butter
    • Milk

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
    2. Using floured hands, press the cookie dough onto bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate pieces evenly over dough. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over chocolate pieces; top with peanut butter pieces and peanuts. Press down firmly. Follow directions on cookie package.
    3. For icing, in a small bowl, beat together powdered sugar, peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon milk. Stir in enough additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, to make icing easy to drizzle. Drizzle the icing over baked mixture. Cut into bars.

    Final Comments

Make-Ahead Tip: Prepare and bake the peanut bars as directed; cool. Drizzle with the icing; cut into bars. Cover tightly and chill for up to 3 days.
