    Chocolate Chip Brownie Tart

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
    • 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 10" glass tart dish or quiche dish.
    2. In a small bowl, mix together flour and salt. Set aside.
    3. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine unsweetened chocolate and butter. Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until butter is melted and chocolate is shiny and almost melted. Stir until smooth. Let cool to lukewarm. Whisk in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture just until combined.
    4. Spread in prepared dish. Sprinkle with chococolate chips. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool in dish on rack. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or until firm, or overnight.
