    Coconut Sour Cream Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box white cake mix
    • 1/4 c. cooking oil
    • 3 eggs
    • 8 oz. sour cream
    • 8 1/2 oz. can cream of coconut
    • FROSTING:
    • 8 oz. cream cheese
    • 2 tbsp. water
    • 1 box powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 can angel flake coconut


    Instructions


    1. Mix all cake ingredients with electric mixer.
    2. Bake in layer pans or oblong pan for 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. May take longer depending on oven.

    3. Beat frosting ingredients until smooth with mixer. Add 1 can angel flake coconut and blend by hand. Spread over cake.
